Item availability is checked when you complete the purchase and your order is processed. placing an item in your shopping cart does not ensure its availability when you are ready to make your purchase, and all orders are subject to product availability

To change any of your personal details – name, contact details, password – log in to your account via the my account and click on ‘edit your password and account details’. You can then make any changes you need to.

The pricing for all Molont products on the molont.com website are available in euro, usd and gbp and include UK sales tax. The pricing excludes duty fees and shipping costs

Orders & Returns

We may be able to cancel your order if it has not already been dispatched, to do so please contact us at returns@molont.com If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, then you’ll need to follow our returns procedure in the event of any unwanted products

Yes, customers have 14 days to return. You should enclose the original packaging and the shoes cannot be used when returned. Fill in the return slip provided with your goods and send your parcel to the address below. You are responsible for the cost of returning the items. However for defective or incorrect products, please contact returns@molont.com we will arrange a free return for you.

Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 14 working days. You will be notified via email at the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Please place a new order for the item and contact us. We’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if we have not dispatched your first order.
