Free Exchanges (UK)

We cover the return and shipping costs of your new pair. Limited to one exchange per order. Submit your request within 14 days of receiving your order via the portal above.

Returns

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

International Exchanges

For international exchanges, we will issue store credit upon receiving your original order.

Made to Order

Made to order pairs are non-refundable as each pair is made specifically for you.

Defects & Faults

Genuine manufacturing faults are covered in full — replacement or refund, no questions asked.

Order Cancellation

We may be able to cancel your order if it has not yet been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible.
